Opening Night: The first fellowship time will be opening night, Saturday, September 30th. Attendees should bring snack or dessert finger food, enough to share.
Ladies’ Tea: The Ladies’ Tea will be Sunday, October 1st.
Ladies should bring 10 finger sandwiches and a dessert to share.
Men’s and Children’s BBQ *NEW THIS YEAR*: While the ladies are enjoying themselves at the tea, the men will enjoy a time of fellowship with each other and their children. Hot dogs, fixings, and activities for the kids will be provided. Men are only asked to bring themselves, their children, and a hot dog roasting stick.
Group Meal: The Group Meal will be Saturday, October 7th. Attendees should bring a dessert to share. Restoring His Way will be providing the meal and drinks. The Singles will be serving, setting up and cleaning up after.
Chili Cookoff: This will be a connection with the group meal at the Loge. If you want to participate in the Chili Cook Off bring your pot of chili to Lodge Room #1 at 5:00 for Judging. After the Judging is over, we will offer chili to all those attending the group meal.
Cafeteria Meals: All meals are vegetarian, because Wewoka Woods is a 7th Day Adventist Camp. Prepaid meals purchased during pre-registration in the cafeteria are $6.50 per person; children 4 and under free with paid adult. On site cafeteria meal purchase is available directly from the Kitchen staff while quantities last for $8 per person. The Cafeteria will not be open on High Days or Weekly Shabbat.
