Children’s Hebrew Classes – Ages 5-10, and Preteen 11-12

We believe that teaching the children Torah on their level is very important, and our goal is for our children to have their own convictions about keeping Torah.

  • We want them to love to live Torah, and walk in the right way because it is in their hearts.
  • The children’s classes will begin after the praise & worship portion of our services.
  • Parents are welcome to participate with their children.
  • Lessons include Hebrew alef bet, music, dance, crafts & snacks*.
  • Children under 5 may participate if accompanied by a parent.

Teens Activities

The scheduled games and outdoor activities are in the mornings. We have inside activities planned for any scheduled outdoor activity that is rained out. Teen midrash, teen bible study, teen fellowships, and teen dances are all in the evenings.

  • Teen Bible Study
  • Teen Midrash
  • Teen Dance
  • Teen Hangout – (The hangout area will be the cafeteria in the lodge after meal times, except for the first night).
  • Teen Fellowship-Ice Cream Social.
  • Teen Campfire and S’mores – (Bring a roasting stick, kosher marshmallows, chocolate, or graham crackers to share).

Nursing Mothers/Toddler Room: This room will be a place for nursing mothers and parents with children under 5 to go during services when being quiet isn’t an option. We will have an audio feed so that you can listen to the service while your children play. If you are needed during services we will write your child’s name on a whiteboard outside the door. You must be in the Auditorium if your child is in the toddler room. We will have a childcare attendant and volunteers to look after the children.
